Ridgeway Rise Dominates British Care Awards
The South West Great British Care Awards witnessed a spectacular triumph as Ridgeway Rise, nestled in Blunsdon St Andrew, Swindon, emerged victorious in four prestigious categories. The star-studded event, held at Ashton Gate, Bristol, celebrated excellence in the care sector, showcasing outstanding achievements across 25 diverse award categories.
Ridgeway Rise made waves by nominating a stellar team for various accolades, and to their sheer delight, all were selected as finalists. The categories included Care Assessor, Frontline Leader, Care Home Cook, Activity Coordinator, and Unpaid Carer (Volunteer).
In a glittering ceremony, TV personality James Argent presented Ridgeway Rise with their well-deserved awards, setting the stage ablaze in front of a captivated audience and amidst the cheers of their colleagues. The Care Home Manager, Bella Balaci, expressed her joy, saying, "To have all five of our nominations selected as finalists was fantastic recognition, but to clinch four awards exceeded all expectations."
