Ridgeway Rise Care Home is a purpose-built luxury care home with a mission to make every day as interesting and as enjoyable as possible, giving each resident every opportunity to live an enriched and independent life in a supportive environment. We do this by combining the highest quality of care alongside a variety of activities, based on people’s individual preferences to enhance residents’ wellbeing and sense of routine.

Here at Ridgeway Care Home, we adopt a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) process to deliver full and effective care. This procedure allows us to conduct a thorough medical examination by bringing together doctors from many disciplines in an efficient manner. Residents benefit from this strategy as they receive consultations from field experts and receive regular, ongoing assessments to maintain consistency and proper care. We go above and beyond to ensure both residents and their loved ones feel at ease when settling into their new home.
